Monday’s tuesdays thursdays and fridays I have work from 6pm to 4am, Thursdays and Fridays I have UNI Before work, Which leaves me time on Monday Tuesdays Before work, and the whole day on wednesday and the weekend to do youtube and gym. I also adjusted my diet, from 230g to 210g of protein, I don’t need to eat that much, and yeah. Hopefully everything goes well!
