🌱 Welcome to The Grow Food Company Community! 🌱
We’re so glad you’re here! This space is all about supporting each other in growing food — from backyard gardens & food forest systems to larger agroforestry and market garden projects. For our very first post, let’s kick things off with some introductions: 👉 Tell us your name 👉 Share where in Florida you’re growing (city or region) 👉 Let us know what kind of growing you’re doing (backyard garden, homestead, market garden, food forest, etc.) 👉 Bonus: Drop a photo of your garden, farm, or favorite plant! 🌿🌸🍅 We can’t wait to see the diversity of growers in this community. This will help us all connect and learn from each other as we move forward together. 💚
Rascally Rabbits
We have begun seeing sprouts, and so have the rabbits. What are some things you have done to protect your crops from the rabbits?

We'll be back next week, February 10th discussing how we are responding to the freeze/frost weather than we had this past week. See everybody then! #GrowFood

Tool Maintenance
One of the skills I feel I am very much lacking in. What are your routines/practices? Strategies/materials you swear by? In my case I’m referring to machetes, hand saws, battery powered chain saws of varying sizes, pruners, loppers, etc.
