The Grove Parenting Hub - A calm, practical space for parents of neurodivergent kids who are tired of power struggles and want connection-first tools that actually work.
Many are parenting neurodivergent children (ADHD, autism, sensory differences, big emotions). Many care deeply about connection but feel stuck between holding boundaries and avoiding escalation.
At The Grove Parenting Hub behaviour is understood as communication, not defiance and support starts with relationship.
My work is grounded in the Rooted in Relationship framework, with the focus on connection before expectation, boundaries held by the adult, and regulation as the stabilizing force.
The goal is to help adults hold boundaries clearly and calmly while staying connected, even when things feel hard.
Parents will find plain-language explanations, practical tools, and language support for boundaries, repair, and hard moments. No quick fixes. No shaming.
