Today’s Star Call felt really special.
Small group, big conversations. Bouncing ideas back and forth, honest moments, real life stuff — the kind of space where you can actually exhale a bit instead of feeling like you need the perfect words.
We spoke about capacity, work and home life, school overwhelm, and what regulation actually looks like in real life — not in theory. What stood out most was the gentle back-and-forth, sharing experiences without judgement and realising they weren’t alone in what they’re navigating.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, listened, and shared a piece of their story. And to those who couldn’t make it — there will be more gentle spaces like this coming soon!
I am now going to organise the children then do some research on how to best support on the topics that were raised. 🌱
