We Are Us They told me the truth was in the textbooks. That wisdom came with a price tag, a diploma. That if I just sat down… shut up… and repeated their answers, one day I’d be somebody. But I am somebody. Always was. Always will be. And so are you. If you choose to be. They’ve been lying to us since before we could speak. Everything is a lie. We need warriors for truth. They build cages… and call them classrooms. They build prisons… and call them schools. They build systems… and call them freedom. We don’t need more slaves. We need warriors. Warriors for truth. But the earth moves to thirteen — thirteen lunar cycles, thirteen menstrual cycles, thirteen disciples. Thirteen is divine. Thirteen is healing. They told you it was unlucky. Everything is a lie. We are warriors for truth. Words are spells. Think about what you say each morning. “Good morning” — as if mourning yesterday. We go to work, collapse on weekends, too tired to fight. They hide truth in plain sight while we chant their magic. They keep us busy with labels: Black vs White, Gay vs Straight, Left vs Right, Masks vs No Masks.
