Crushing a debrief.... With AI?
What's the biggest lesson you've learned in your life?
Was it from a book, a video, podcast.. or through experience and most likely making a mistake?
As I'm gearing up for my own next chapter, I've taken to AI to do an exit debrief of my own work - the good, the challenges, and the opportunities (including the missed ones)
Most of you can already do it. Gmail? Get Gemeni to work! Office? Have copilot review your inbox.
Ask it questions like:
- What recurring problems have I been tasked to fix which create the most churn and could be optimized?
- Where have I consistently showed up and delivered or over delivered outside of my normal scope
- What are opportunities for me to step in, learn or help build towards the future? (Strategic investment)
- What are my blind spots?
- Name 3 key relationships I should invest in further
