Welcome to The Freedom Path 6-Week Fat Loss Challenge
The challenge starts Monday 8 September 2025 and runs for six weeks. It is completely free, and there is no prize for “the winner.” The reward is your own transformation.
This is your space to reset, build new habits and start creating a healthier lifestyle.
How It Works
  • Each week has a focus: awareness, nutrition, movement, mindset, levelling up and finishing strong.
  • You’ll find lessons and guidance in the Classroom section.
  • At the end of each week there will be a Check-In Post in this community feed. Use it to share your progress, your wins and your challenges.
What To Do Now
  1. Head over to the Classroom and go through the Preparation Module.
  2. Take your starting photos and record your weight and measurements. These are for your own reference, but you can share them here if you want extra accountability.
  3. Download a food tracking app and get familiar with it.
Weekly Check-Ins
Every week you’ll see a check-in post pinned in this feed. Comment on it with your answers. This helps you stay accountable and encourages others too.
You’ll be asked about:
  • What went well this week
  • What was challenging
  • What you learned
Remember
  • This is not about perfection. It is about consistency and showing up every day.
  • Progress is more than just the scale. Look for wins in energy, confidence, sleep, mood and strength.
  • Support each other. The more we share, the stronger this community becomes.
