Welcome. Take a breath. You're in the right room now.
I created this space because I remember exactly what it felt like to be where you are…the Sunday night pit in my stomach, the constant exhaustion, and the lie I told myself that I just needed to 'tough it out.' I didn't realize back then that I wasn't broken. I was just in a room that was draining my spirit. Once I found the door and started my own exit, I knew I couldn't just leave and stay quiet. I had to return and build a bridge for the rest of my ladies experiencing the same thing. This is what we believe here: 🔥 Peace is a Requirement: If something costs you your peace, your sleep, or your health, it’s too expensive. ☺️ Clarity over Confusion: We stop spinning in our heads and start listening to our bodies. Confusion is a signal, not a failure. See the Strategy Map. 🙏 No Sister Left Behind: You don’t do this alone. We move together, at a pace your nervous system can handle. Nothing here is rushed. Nothing is forced. You don’t need to have answers yet. Just notice how your body feels now that you’re here. That’s where we start. 💜

I stopped calling it fear.
Most of the time, it wasn't fear at all. It was exhaustion and being mentally worn down. It was carrying way too much for way too long, and calling it "being responsible" and "loyal." Somewhere along the way, we were taught that if we hesitate on something, it must mean we're scared. But what if it actually means your body is sending you a signal? That it's tired of dragging a life around that no longer fits? Fear tells us, "I'm not safe." Burnout tells us, "I can't do this anymore." Those are two very different things... and I know both of them all too well. When I stopped labeling everything as fear, I could finally hear what was underneath it: - misalignment - quiet resentment - a part of me that already knew the truth So here's a question I want to leave with you: What are you calling fear that might actually be a signal? No need to rush for an answer. Just sit with it for a few... and notice what comes up. Talk soon. Your Exit Queen, 👑💜

Can we talk about this 5 AM "Success" Trap?
Hey Queens, Have you noticed how every "guru" online says that if you aren't up at 5:00 AM grinding, you aren't serious about success? I've been thinking about that lately, and honestly? It feels like a trap. Most of those "wake up early" rules were written by men who have never had to deal with night sweats, or hot flashes at 3:00 AM. They don't know what it's like to have your sleep hijacked by hormones and then be expected to jump out of bed and "conquer the day" before the sun is even up. For us, trying to force that kind of energy is just draining. It's not "discipline", it's actually unfair to our bodies. Here's the truth: You do not have to be a member of the 5 AM club to be successful. Success isn't about what time your alarm goes off. It's about how you feel in your own skin. It's about having the freedom to listen to your body and say, "I needed that extra hour of rest today, and that's OKAY." As The Exit Queen, I'm officially giving us permission to exit the "hustle culture" that makes us feel guilty for being human. We are building our own mark for success here. Maybe your success looks like: - Waking up at 8:00 AM feeling actually rested. - Having the energy to go for a walk because you didn't burn yourself out by noon. - Building your business at 9:00 AM because that's when your brain feels most alive. We are exiting the rules that don't serve us so we can find the ones that do. I want to hear from you in the comments: Do you struggle with that "guilt" of not being an early bird? Or have you found a schedule that actually works for your body? Let's talk about it. XOXO, Miriam, Your Exit Queen 👑
