Can we talk about this 5 AM "Success" Trap?
Hey Queens, Have you noticed how every "guru" online says that if you aren't up at 5:00 AM grinding, you aren't serious about success? I've been thinking about that lately, and honestly? It feels like a trap. Most of those "wake up early" rules were written by men who have never had to deal with night sweats, or hot flashes at 3:00 AM. They don't know what it's like to have your sleep hijacked by hormones and then be expected to jump out of bed and "conquer the day" before the sun is even up. For us, trying to force that kind of energy is just draining. It's not "discipline", it's actually unfair to our bodies. Here's the truth: You do not have to be a member of the 5 AM club to be successful. Success isn't about what time your alarm goes off. It's about how you feel in your own skin. It's about having the freedom to listen to your body and say, "I needed that extra hour of rest today, and that's OKAY." As The Exit Queen, I'm officially giving us permission to exit the "hustle culture" that makes us feel guilty for being human. We are building our own mark for success here. Maybe your success looks like: - Waking up at 8:00 AM feeling actually rested. - Having the energy to go for a walk because you didn't burn yourself out by noon. - Building your business at 9:00 AM because that's when your brain feels most alive. We are exiting the rules that don't serve us so we can find the ones that do. I want to hear from you in the comments: Do you struggle with that "guilt" of not being an early bird? Or have you found a schedule that actually works for your body? Let's talk about it. XOXO, Miriam, Your Exit Queen 👑
