Something is happening in your kitchen and you need an answer. This is the place. Pull up a chair and ask your question — whether it is a technique you cannot figure out, an ingredient you do not recognize, a dish that went sideways, or just a random kitchen thought that has been on your mind. This table is full of cooks, bakers, and kitchen adventurers at every level. Someone here has been where you are. And Chef Jenn is right here too — jumping in, adding her two cents, and occasionally admitting she has made the exact same mistake. No question is too simple. No problem is too big.
