Let's Talk About Perimenopause.. why ain't no body warn us!!! 😩
I feel like so many of us grew up hearing about menopause, but nobody explained the YEARS leading up to it! The hormonal shifts, anxiety, exhaustion, brain fog, weight changes, mood swings, sleep issues, random body changes… all of it. I started experiencing symptoms early, around 35, and honestly didn’t even realize what was happening to my body at first. I just thought I was stressed, tired, overwhelmed, or “off.” The more I talk to other ladies, the more I realized how many of us are silently navigating this with little education or support. Join the conversation by answering one or more: - Have you experienced peri-menopause symptoms? What showed up first for you? - Some ladies have great experience with hormone replacement therapy. Have you tried HRT yet? - Did anyone else think they were “losing it” before realizing it was hormonal? 😭 - What has helped? - What symptoms surprised you the most? - Has anyone tried natural remedies, supplements, herbs, teas, or lifestyle changes that actually helped? - Have any workouts, eating habits, or high-protein approaches helped with energy or weight changes? - What do you wish someone would’ve told you earlier about this stage of life?
