Hey moms! So sorry for my hiatus in here! I was sick for 1.5 weeks and then as soon as I got better, we had so many life things and events that needed my attention. But now I am BACK and ready to make this the BEST free fitness, faith, & "mom life" community for moms! What did everyone do this weekend?? Comment below <3
Mommy gym time
so does any mommy’s on here have suggestions on equipment at the gym to help with toning the stomach. I’ve been getting time while the kiddos are at school to sneak away and work out but not sure where to start.
