Hey Moms! Hope you all are having a great weekend! 🙂 I created a "Kids Nutrition Resource" course in the Classroom. I created this course to help educate moms on nutrition for their kids, kid friendly ways for moms to explain it so it sticks, and recipes that will get kids excited about eating foods that will make their bodies feel their best! Everything in this course will equip moms to help their kids build a healthy relationship with food for life. 🍽️🍓🥑 The first lesson in the course is "The 6 Nutrients Every Kid Needs To Grow, Play, & Feel Their Best."🍎 Comment below when you have checked it out 👇😁
