Just a reminder I’ll be hosting a 30 minute bodyweight workout tonight at 6pm UK time. You’re all welcome to join. Here’s some key info for later:
- Make sure you clear a safe space to exercise
- Only do what you feel comfortable doing during the workout
- Don’t participate if you have any injuries
- You can join with video on or off, completely up to you
- Wear headphones if you want to listen to my playlist during the workout
- The zoom link is in the Skool calendar, let me know if you can’t find it
- I’ll send a Spotify jam link on the zoom call before we start
This is all super chilled, just a chance to move and have a bit of fun.
