Hey guys, how are we? I had an amazing gym sesh on Sunday- full body, with weights and CV. I'm increasing my CV stuff by running, usually at 6-7mph then sometimes 9-10mph for a sprint. I'm enjoying leg press at 180-200kg (or Lbs, mhm not sure)...I felt flushed with blood and so full of life afterwards. I notice just how clear my thoughts are. I've also noticed I'm not really hungry afterwards, or even by breakfast time. Which is unexpected.
Still haven't found a fitness thing with a live group that I enjoy. I used to play badminton and love it. I went dancing (day rave!) the other wknd and sweated a lot...but it doesn't seem as rigorous as the gym!
