Today i was able to get in my Sauna and Cold plunge session for this week- bright and early at 7 am! That wakeup time feels so good- i forgot how nice it feels to be an early riser. I was able to keep up with cardio goals, and add in some at home yoga today. I also completed my PDF for swim, and was able to use AI to come up with a 30 day execution plan for my socials, i need to spend a few weeks gaining audience, i can do it!
