Morning check in
Good morning girls! Today is another day of taking one step at a time, but the step that ACTUALLY matters. Soooo my priorities: - record a vlog (short form) in testing new type of content - Post 2 reels - Send edited draft of a video to a girl I work with - Record videos for the app I work with Also planning to: - go to the gym - Read And today my boyfriend is coming back from a 3 weeks work trip, so this is kind of my main priority today - just spend quality time with him ❤️

Evening 19.03
A very full and busy day, but I am proud of myself - Identified my main focus with my manager, it was easy - Spent most of the day working on project finalization, so no AI framework. But have time for it tomorrow. - Filmed a short video and edited it straight away, and also sent it to my girls Missed: not edited the video yet. I have insomnia though, maybe if not able to sleep, will do it still 😅 Side quests acomplished (very proud of myself) - Set up a doctor appoitnment for me - And for my dog - And set up a meeting with a driving school to train parking a bit - completely lost my confident, but working on it now. Thank you Karina for the lessons on the Imposter Syndrom, I watched it today. It is really helpful. Today was this exact day for me of doing small things and proving myself I can. I even dared to be confident about the work I am doin and (it is a very big win for me) not to save original slides of my collegues but only my edited copy (they asked to edit it themselves)! Just decided that I am Knowledge enough, and my edits are good and point) Overall a very good day, just scared it is some kind of mania after laying in bed for more than a week) So tomorrow 100% finish on time with my job, and try to balance the day a bit more. Writing all of this down helped to clock off!)

Today is may second day back to life, and it feels great! After being sick for the entire last week, yesterday was the first day when I went to gym, had psychotherapy sessions, actually did some work, filmed a video for my pilates girlies and also had an amasing call with Karina! Excited about the week and my plans Focus for the week is getting back to my full time job. It is a stressful time as my husband now gets less money because of his sickness. This week, even though it is only 2 days, I need to perform. During my sickness a porject was closed without me, which is unfortunate So the main goals are: - catch-up with my manager on the next steps - Work on the AI governance presentation - contact the collegues to get updates, finish the roadmap slides i have content for, and figure out if any additional content is needed. Side quests: - edit the video I filmed yesterday - film a short morning video for my girls - it would be their "bad day minimum plan" to help them get on the schedule. - If enough time, maybe record another video I already have planned Wish everyone a great day!

Spent half of the day fully recharging before the next week; gym, church, walk with my favorite podcast and reading Woman Down (finally finished the book). Community call done ✅ Reels and TikTok’s posted (for some reason always forget to post yet shorts. Will be scheduling it first thing in the morning to keep myself on track) ✅ Recorded A LOT of content and followed up with brands ✅ However, no editing was done today… I decided to spend today a little more like a weekend and allow myself to just enjoy without pressure. will be transferring these goals to tomorrow xx Now in bed by 22:30 and going to sleep! Goodnight

Hi girls! Will try to get some reset today alongside working hard. Let’s see how it goes 😂 For some reason my Sundays are always busy. Main priorities: - Community call at 17:00 🙂‍↕️ - Edit my personal YouTube video - Start editing a video for another girl - Post 2 reels, shorts and TikTok’s Already went to the gym with my coach (this was hard) and now going to church. ❤️‍🔥 I also want to spend some time just walking around with my headphones in, so will probably go to a park or shopping mall
