TRYBE is LIVE!!!!!
Hi everyone — I’m so excited to finally say these words: TRYBE is live.
For those who don’t know me yet, I started my career as an administrative assistant with no clear roadmap and very little access to mentors or networks. Over the years, I worked hard, learned, and kept pushing forward until I became a Vice President in Payments for a global bank.
But here’s what I’ve learned: none of us gets where we’re going alone.
Along the way, I kept running into the same systemic barriers so many of us face:
- Limited access to education in STEM and Finance
- Too few mentors and role models
- A lack of inclusive professional networks
- Bias that slows advancement
That’s why I created TRYBE. 👯
