TRYBE Update - How are you all doing?
I hope you all are having a great week. TRYBE is a mentorship circle, meaning I am here to support you, and we are here to support each other. I share relevant content from Project management, Cybersecurity, FinTech and Payments and business that I know can help you all learn, grow as a professional and develop your skills. Think of this as a repository or reference site you can leverage when you need to. If there is a specific subject or training material you want access to and need help getting your hands on it, let me know. If you are looking for a job, need help applying for new roles or prepping for interviews, have questions about the job market or just need a 1 on 1 coaching session, reach out to me and I will try to make myself available to help. I plan to build out some additional courses in the upcoming months. If there are skills you want to develop, let me know and I will put something together. My role in my day job is expanding to taking on new employees as well as supporting our military pathways transition cohort members and early career interns and apprentices, so my time has dwindled ALOT in the last few months. But I am still here if you need me. I have been coaching and mentoring for over a decade now, and I enjoy it. I like helping people get to whatever is next for them. Do not be a stranger. I will do my best to connect. Send me a DM or post below. Stay in touch. Connect with me on LinkedIn as well. www.linkedin.com/in/kassandrapierre340 Welcome to the new members. Hope all is well. Optimize your Resume w/ this AI Prompt!
"Act as an expert resume strategist and ATS optimization specialist. I will provide: My current resume The target job description Optional context about my background or constraints Your goal is to optimize my resume for the role without keyword stuffing, exaggeration, or making it sound AI-written. Please: Identify the most important skills, tools, responsibilities, qualifications, and keywords in the job description. Compare them against my resume and flag meaningful gaps. Prioritize keywords based on relevance and importance, not frequency alone. Rewrite my summary, experience bullets, and skills section where useful so they align naturally with the role. Preserve my actual experience and achievements. Do not invent metrics, responsibilities, tools, or qualifications. Use strong action verbs and quantify impact only when supported by the information I provide. Avoid awkward repetition, buzzword overload, and copying phrases from the job description verbatim unless necessary. Keep formatting ATS-friendly: simple headings, standard section names, no tables, text boxes, graphics, or unusual symbols. Maintain a clear, concise, professional tone suitable for [industry / seniority level]. Return: ATS match analysis Missing or underused keywords Specific recommended edits A fully revised resume A short list of changes I should review manually before submitting Target role: [job title] Company: [company] Priority: [ATS compatibility / readability / seniority / industry fit / concise length]"

Article - I Still Believe in Mentorship
"A mentor has enough distance from the problem to question its framing and enough experience to recognize familiar patterns. They notice which details you leave out, which patterns you reach for, and which you ignore. You may sense that something is wrong without having the words to describe it." This article is specific to Software Development, but the message applies to all industries.
