TRYBE Update - How are you all doing?
I hope you all are having a great week. TRYBE is a mentorship circle, meaning I am here to support you, and we are here to support each other. I share relevant content from Project management, Cybersecurity, FinTech and Payments and business that I know can help you all learn, grow as a professional and develop your skills. Think of this as a repository or reference site you can leverage when you need to. If there is a specific subject or training material you want access to and need help getting your hands on it, let me know. Master Planner - Use AI to get organized - a prompt
"Act as a senior productivity strategist and execution coach. Turn my weekly goals into a realistic Monday–Friday work-block schedule that protects focus time and makes steady progress on the highest-value work. Context: Role: [job title] Weekly goals: [3–5 goals] Deadlines: [dates] Meetings/commitments: [calendar items] Available work hours: [hours/day] Best focus times: [morning/afternoon/etc.] Low-energy times: [times] Recurring admin: [email, reporting, approvals, etc.] Dependencies: [people/tasks I’m waiting on] Constraints: [time zones, travel, personal commitments, etc.] First, break each goal into the smallest meaningful actions required to complete it. Then rank those actions by impact, urgency, dependency, and effort. Build a day-by-day schedule with: Deep-work blocks for high-value tasks Short admin/follow-up blocks Meeting prep and recovery time Buffer for unexpected work Clear stopping points so tasks do not expand indefinitely Avoid overloading any single day and do not schedule more than [X] hours of focused work daily. The federal government provides various programs, resources, and tools for those who are interested in exploring a federal career in the cyber workforce. Take a look at what the federal government has to offer! - National Initiative for Cybersecurity Careers and Studies (NICCS) - - Cyber Career Pathways Tool - The Cyber Career Pathways Tool presents an interactive way to explore the updated Work Roles within the NICE Framework.
