How much time do you spend in front of a screen?
Do you check your screen time? Mines usually 4 or 5 hours not counting all the TV I watch. I always just looked at that and ignored it. But it’s really has had me thinking lately. That’s a lot of time wasted. First step to health and healing is awareness.

To me journaling is extremely impactful
Here’s an example of my morning journal. I write out my day: that way I have structure. Gratitude: to keep my mind positive and remind myself everyday of the good in life. Goals: to focus on why I’m doing it all and to keep me moving forward. I also journal in the evening, that’s more free writing with gratitude at the end. Do you journal? How do you structure it?
