The Heroes Journal App is live!
What’s up Dojo fam— I just launched The Hero’s Journal. This isn’t just a journaling app. It’s a daily practice designed to help you: • Build awareness • Track your habits, training, and routines • Reflect in the morning + evening • And most importantly—actively write your Hero’s Journey The story prompts are the heart of the app. If you do nothing else, do those. Everything else—workouts, nutrition guidance, metrics, guided breathworks, and meditation —is there to support the story you’re writing. This app was built for people like you: People who train. People who think. People who want alignment between who they are and who they’re becoming. 👉 Dojo members get early access + founder pricing: https://theheroesjournal.lovable.app/ Proud of the work you’re all doing—this is another tool to help you stay intentional and keep moving forward.

I’m doing a lot of updates since the launch, if you do sign up for it wait until next week to download it as an app, in the meantime use it on the website.
To me journaling is extremely impactful
Here’s an example of my morning journal. I write out my day: that way I have structure. Gratitude: to keep my mind positive and remind myself everyday of the good in life. Goals: to focus on why I’m doing it all and to keep me moving forward. I also journal in the evening, that’s more free writing with gratitude at the end. Do you journal? How do you structure it?

Happy New Years Team! What kind of goals do we have for 2026?
Mine is to make money online, get down to 175lbs, and get back to being me. Last year was full of grief and I definitely put on weight and lost some pieces of myself that I miss and I think make me a better coach for all of you. I'm at 210lbs right now. I have many more goals of course, as should we all because our goals are what drives us.

What’s your favorite Christmas movie?
The Muppets Christmas Carol is mine with the love is gone. They took it out in the theatrical release and the movie is so much better with it in. Second is The Night Before.

@Danielle SchluneggerWarner unpopular opinion. Lethal weapon is better than die hard. And even more of a Christmas movie, one could argue Rocky 4 is a Christmas movie and if so I guess that goes to the top of my list.
