I’m Aurora. I’ve been on a personal development journey for many years and understand the basics of the mind and the subconscious. I am now trying to apply all that I’ve learnt to start a new business which I’m very excited about but also brings up some limiting beliefs. Aloha, I'm Sheena. My life took a turning point back in 2022 when I signed up for a year-long mindset mentorship. What I learned was so transformative - simple yet profound concepts about how our thoughts create our reality. I was shocked I had never come across that information before; it was after all easy enough for a kindergardner to understand. Up until then, I wasn’t aware of how self-destructive my own thoughts and beliefs were. I lived with a very critical inner narrator, so full of self-doubt that I didn’t believe I was worthy of living my greatest life. I was keeping myself imprisoned. You cannot change what you are not aware of! By applying the teachings, everything shifted. I began to understand the miraculous power of the mind. I rewired every limiting belief I could find, dropped self-destructive patterns, and dared to dream my vision into life. Since then, my journey has taken me deep into reconnecting with the wisdom of the body. As a facilitator of Liberation Through Movement, I am passionate about somatic movement as a tool for reclaiming freedom - a way to deepen presence, process emotions, release limiting beliefs, tap into source energy, and upgrade on an energetic level, all leading to greater self-empowerment and personal growth. I am deeply drawn to spirituality, energy, and mystery teachings. The Gene Keys have been a powerful catalyst in my own awakening. I wholeheartedly believe that mind and body, the bodymind/ mindbody, are one. You cannot work with one without impacting the other. They hold locks and keys to each others transformation. You must understand the workings of the mind and learn to listen to the wisdom of your body to live in alignment and allow the soul to shine through. Coming home is is a return to wholeness (and a trinity pattern ;) ) I am a devoted (almost obsessed) with being a student of life, fascinated by all realms, what consciousness is, and on my own quest to remember my true potential. Hi! I'm Mauriah! My passion and mission is to empower people with the wisdom that you are the creator of your reality! My life took a twist when I got a gut illness at the age of 16. For the next ten years, I tried everything possible to heal myself. One day, I came across Joe Dispenza's teachings and the power of the mind and there was no turning back. I studied the mind in depth for years and although it still took a while to heal fully, I manifested miraculous things in the meantime. Over and over again I gained firsthand proof that we all hold innate superpowers within us to create a life beyond our wildest dreams! That it truly is our words, thoughts and subconscious beliefs that are being projected into our reality and create the exact outcomes in life that we experience. My passions are all around health and wellbeing, living your life to the fullest in optimal health, joy, abundance and freedom. I have been traveling the world for the past nine years and have studied to become a Holistic Health Coach, a Hypnotherapist and RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) practitioner and am now a Mindset and Empowerment Mentor. Together with my sister Sheena, we birthed a heartfelt business 'The Divine Design' to help people activate the superpowers of their own mind, to believe in themselves and their dreams, to deepen their self-worth, so they can create a life beyond their wildest dreams.
