Dear Members, I wanted to share a book that you might find interesting to read in your spare time or perhaps set on your metaphorical shelf for engagement after you finish your doctorate. As I am working on developing our new cursūs (i.e., modules), I have been revisiting what is known as the Humboldtian model of the university. One might say this is the antithesis to the contemporary paradigm that we find ourselves in. Nevertheless, the Collegium serves as a way to recover some aspects of the Humboldtian model, which I find invaluable to doctoral formation. First, when we submit an assignment via Google Docs, where will we see the documents with your replies on them? Second, every time I finish a Lesson, the Skool system shows me as "offline." The reason I am asking is that I would like for you guys to see when I am online in case you need to tell me something or if anyone has questions while I am here. Is this normal? Or, is it based on my "settings" and is something I can change? Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday weekend.

Hey Guys, this past week was a gut punch for my writing. Then, I was notified that my Chair would not be available this week and she would review my work when she returned. This means I will resubmit Sunday night. With this in mind, I have started my Classroom work from the beginning, and I just submitted the Module 1: Task 1 activity. I am taking this week to go through each activity.
