We will be weekly lives for all members to get to know each other and also, each member can get a 1-1 goal to discuss what they want to achieve in the next few months, summer is only around the corner. Keep it simple, and follow the plan in the classroom. Forget Daily Calories, not as important as weekly. If you ruin one day and go crazy over you can still recover by taking calories away. This is seem like its fake but trust me ive done it for years! and you can do it to. Fat Loss Calorie Weekly Target = 10,500 Takeaway/Night Out Weekly = 9,705 We just saved up calories for the night out or takeaway... 800 extra calories to go and enjoy yourself!
