I’m around 140-141 currently and I’m wondering if I should go 132 or 126 I’m not that good at weigh cutting so idk anything helps because I don’t know if I could make weight for 126 multiple times a well.

I have a big tournament Oct, 18-19 Currently waking up in the morning as 132.8 lost about 6 pounds so far from 138, and need to be 126 for my tournament, what should I do to consistently lose weight over the weeks?
