Hey guys! Wanted to share that during our March sprint I set a goal to have 3 sales call and get 1 client. I did 4 sales calls and got a new client π₯° I'm really excited about this one - I feel I really can help this guy π Feeling happy! Now my biggest task is to analyze what worked well and repeat the process. And be consistent with all my tasks. Thanks Kev - it works :)
The guy shared his situation before our call. It was super helpful.
We talked on the call, and he expanded so I saw a bigger picture, his goals and challenges.
I didn't over-explain my solution to him. I tied it tightly to what he wants so he could see the value. I led more confidently and offered a format that can fit his busy life.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to record this sales call. Next time, I will record and analyze more closely.
