Hello, as most of you know, I participate into another Hyrox competition in Berlin on Friday. I feel proud of having finished it, but our training studio made such a nice reel out of it, that I feel called to share it with this community. If you want to see it. It's unbelievable what we can do (with our body and mind) and with social media.
