Calcaneal Contact and the Wishbone:
When we hold the ankles, in the palm of our hand we are connected to gallbladder and bladder channel, with connections to the sides and posterior of the body, and our fingers at the medial aspect of the Achilles tendon connects to kidneys, bringing us into more direct alignment with dura and Governor Vessel. The leg will have taken on stressors from the spine that can be felt as "the breaking point" if the wishbone was to be pulled apart. We can follow into these places that are looking to be remedied, and have a connection to spine, dura, and organ health through this contact. This extends our listening beyond external and internal rotation and into a global listening and work. Also pay particular attention to posterior tibialis.
