I put in my application this morning for the scholarship education grant for real estate. I did receive it the last 4 years, and I hope to get it this year. Why not? education is always needed in the forever changing world we live in- and real estate is constantly changing. The best thing is I use it to pay for the most expensive designations like my SRES. Senior Representative Specialist, and other designations I earned. It's also required for license renewal. All agents must have discrimination, bias, and business as a requirements along with electives. I always take more than needed, it can't hurt. The state checks before renewing my license. It's a great way to keep learning.

Until the end of the year.......getting that TAX STUFF TOGETHER😉 its alot when running a business. I have in place a accounting system for my accountant. I just want to make sure I didn't miss anything. My OCD is too much sometimes

My mindset is Sticking up for myself, especially when I know its right 100%, and not backing down because, oh they will tell the CEO, or someone will be mad at me. I don't care, and I never did. I am no sucker, and I definitely don't punk down. I always wear my BIG GIRL PANTIES, so don't play with me, or my money. My Spiritual Growth- I let me yes mean yes and I my no mean no, and I treat others as I would like to be treated, always. My Business and/or Career- When working with my colleagues, I expect them to be the same as me, or just as concerned as I am since we are dealing with clients biggest purchase of their life, and I want raving reviews 😉. I expect them to be ethical, honest, and give due diligence as. They may not work as fast as me, they may not understand all I do, and vice-versa, but integrity is important. I am doing the work I love, and maybe all people are not, but fiduciary and obligations are first. My Relationships- Let go of those Debbie downers, and move on. There are so many other things like networking, BNI's etc.....Girl, I have went to spread my wings. Connected with other realtors, meet other people. There is a whole world out there to explore, while still checking on some of the old friends (the debbie downers afraid to move on and what people will say) CONFIDENCE screaming out here. My updated self image - It has grown period. Too much to say on this topic. But I will still say thank you courage crew for helping my on this exploration journey. I am not the only one, others made significant changes and we all shared and worked together to help each other. Thank you all! One powerful lesson I learned is to be myself. It's good to learn from others and their ideas and so forth, but everyone is unique and you have to develop your own self. That's where those childhood reflections come into play for me. My Mantra- The best investment I can make is an investment in myself. The more I learn, the more I can earn. Love this from WB. I have totally adopted it.

One of my deals waiting to close since November, is ridiculous. My seller is UPSET. Waiting on the mortgage guy , and constantly reaching out to him. He was saying I had to do this, I had to do that...little stuff, (signatures on VA docs, termite notice) I am thinking to myself nothing major at all. Second time he is speaking about closing. Well still no CTC as of yesterday. I called the headquarters and they connected me to the Director of Sales. I forwarded the email chain, and next thing you know he was calling me 10 minutes later. He was upset. I don't care! The match was on.... at the end he was like alittle constructive advice - you shouldn't do that to people helping you. My response- get a life. Call ends. Really, now do I feel bad, not at all. Did I second guess myself, heck no. I was like I am very proud of myself. If he thought for 1 minute he was intimidating me, wrong girl, all day long. I specialize in combat.😁 Grow up and do you job ta ta.......
