Hope all moms had a peaceful day. One of my best moms day w my teenage boys. I was able to have the house to myself. I took an hour and a half nap. I slept so hard I didn’t move and I know somehow I left my body cause I remember entering my body. I don’t remember leaving. Is this possible what does this mean? It was fabulous nap?

Okay I know I am in my body. In fact i am more in my body than i have been in a long time but I still feel like I am floating. Food seems to be the only thing that really grounds me in my body. Anyone have any suggestions or help?
