Which quality makes someone a truly confident leader?
You don't need the loudest voice in the room to be a great leader, In my opinion leadership isn’t loud.
Some if not all of the strong valuable leaders I've worked with are thoughtful, calm and quietly confident. They don't dominate conversations, they create space for others to contribute, communicate with clarity and build trust through consistency.
Unfortunately, many talented professionals never see themselves as leaders because they believe confidence looks a certain way. Thinking they need to be brash and loud and heard for that reason.
Leadership confidence doesn’t require you to be loud, there is much more at play.
I'm curious...
A. Self-belief
B. Clear communication
C. Emotional intelligence
