The Skills AI Can Never Replace
Everyone is asking these days whether AI will replace their job. As a mum of teenagers it’s definitely something we are considering when we look at prospective careers. I think we’re asking the wrong question though …… The real question is: What skills become MORE valuable when AI can do more? What skills for the future do we need even more? In my view, they’re the skills no technology can replicate… Confidence. Communication. Leadership. Emotional intelligence. The ability to build trust. As AI becomes more capable, these aren’t becoming less important—they’re becoming your biggest competitive advantage. The professionals who stand out over the next five years are not necessarily going to be those who know the most. They’ll be the ones who can think critically, influence others, communicate clearly, and lead with confidence. That’s why investing in your confidence isn’t a “nice to have” anymore. It’s one of the smartest career decisions you can make.

The Skills AI Can Never Replace
Which quality makes someone a truly confident leader?
You don't need the loudest voice in the room to be a great leader, In my opinion leadership isn’t loud. Some if not all of the strong valuable leaders I've worked with are thoughtful, calm and quietly confident. They don't dominate conversations, they create space for others to contribute, communicate with clarity and build trust through consistency. Unfortunately, many talented professionals never see themselves as leaders because they believe confidence looks a certain way. Thinking they need to be brash and loud and heard for that reason. Leadership confidence doesn’t require you to be loud, there is much more at play. I'm curious...

THE CONFIDENCE COMEBACK - How to find your voice and believe in yourself again
What do women find most challenging at work?
To communicate well you don’t have to have the loudest voice. It's about expressing yourself clearly, confidently, authentically, being heard and understood. Yet many women tell me they hesitate to speak up, especially in situations where they feel challenged, overlooked or uncertain. I'm interested to hear your thoughts. Which communication challenge do you think women face most often? hashtag#CommunicationSkills hashtag#WomenInLeadership hashtag#ConfidenceCoach
