What do women find most challenging at work?
To communicate well you don’t have to have the loudest voice.
It's about expressing yourself clearly, confidently, authentically, being heard and understood.
Yet many women tell me they hesitate to speak up, especially in situations where they feel challenged, overlooked or uncertain.
