I’m adding a brand new small-group session to our timetable designed to help you move better, recover faster and train pain free.
🗓 When: Every Wednesday 1:00PM & Thursday 6:30PM
📍 Where: The Gym Group – London Road, Brighton
👥 Size: Small group (max 8) so you get plenty of coaching.
Each month we’ll follow a 4-week cycle:
1️⃣ Week 1 – Mini Assessment & Ankles/Hips
2️⃣ Week 2 – Posterior Chain & Low-Back Relief
3️⃣ Week 3 – Thoracic & Shoulder Opener
4️⃣ Week 4 – Full-Body Flow + Re-test
You’ll learn proven mobility drills, get personalised feedback and track your progress from week 1 to week 4.
