🙏 Thank You Team! 🙏
A big shoutout to everyone who jumped in and completed the 5 Day Stretch Challenge 👊💪 It’s been amazing to see the check ins, consistency and the effort you’ve all put in. Small daily actions like this really are the foundation of long term progress. Now looking ahead I’d love to hear from YOU: What would you like to see more of in this community? More challenges? Recovery routines? Specific mobility/rehab content? This community is built for you so drop your ideas in the comments and let’s keep building something that supports everyone’s comeback journey.

@Hermione La Chapelle That’s a great plan mate! Swimming is such a solid option. It keeps you moving, builds fitness and no pressure through the foot. Sounds like the perfect bridge before you’re cleared for BJJ again. The 2–3 months might feel long now but using that time for mobility, strength and low impact conditioning will set you up for a smoother comeback.

Day 5/5
I don’t think I’m going to be able to do today. Been busy since 6-2pm then had to prep for kids track night. Won’t be back until late too… maybe I’ll try when I get in before bed 😬 How you guys getting on with it?
