I wanted to share something deeply personal and meaningful with this community. Recently, I was doing Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Blessing of the Energy Centers(12) meditation, and before I began, I set an intention for my Oma and Opa, who recently passed away. I said a prayer and asked them to watch over me. I went into the meditation with my whole heart. I stayed present, stayed focused on each center, and every time my mind tried to wander, I brought it back with as much love and intention as I could. At the end of the meditation, when Joe says to drift away, I dropped into a very deep and beautiful space. I started seeing fractal-like patterns and movement, almost as if the universe itself was opening up in front of me. It felt expansive, peaceful, and deeply spiritual. It was one of those moments that is hard to fully explain, but you know in your soul that something profound is happening. Then, about eight hours later, I received a phone call from my stepdad offering my girlfriend and me a free trip to Mexico because his brother could no longer go. But what made it even more emotional was this: the place we are going is only about a five-minute walk from where my Oma and Opa used to have a condo, and where their ashes were spread after they passed. For me, this was another remind. It felt like a loving wink from the unseen, a reminder that those we love are never truly far away. Sometimes when we become still enough, open enough, and present enough, life speaks back in ways that are impossible to ignore. I wanted to share this here as a reminder to trust, to stay with the practice, and to remain open to the mystery and beauty that can meet us when we do.
