In October 2025, I was told that my cholesterol numbers were good. However, after starting Dr. Stephanie’s program, I learned through my blood work that my cholesterol numbers actually needed immediate attention. With that new education, I made changes to my diet and began exercising consistently. Since then, my numbers have been moving in a much healthier direction. In addition, I’ve lost a total of 5.7 pounds since my February 1, 2026 start date and weigh-in.
I’m taking it one day at a time and want to enjoy this health journey because some days are still a struggle.
