Biggest Goal for the Next 16 Weeks
My biggest goal for the next 16 weeks is to build a consistent walking habit. Within the first 8 weeks, I aim to reach 10,000 steps a day, and then maintain it for the remaining 8 weeks, walking 6 days a week. This will help me create a sustainable, long-term habit to move daily. Does anyone have a few tips that has helped them to stay consistent at this? Thanks!
