Time Blocking Yes or No?
Good morning. I'm curious, who time blocks and how do you make that work for you? I often find that something comes up rather urgent which disrupts the time I've set aside for certain things. For example, a Home Inspector needs to be let in during a specific time frame or a client wants to see a new to market home. When I say yes to these things it throws off the daily schedule and some tasks don't get completed. What's working for you?
