This is a free, no-pitching community for people who own or run home care agencies. A place to talk honestly about staffing, retention, referrals and growth with people who actually understand the job.
Started by Arthur, whose mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer's — after seeing first-hand how hard this industry is to navigate, both as a family looking for care and as the businesses trying to provide it.
