10Γ Challenge β Round 2 complete π₯
I did the 10Γ Challenge for the second time, and this time I actually managed to finish the whole workout. The first time I had to stop halfway simply because I ran out of time at the gym β but today I stayed and committed to it fully. Honestly, at the start I thought, βThis will be easy.β The first five rounds didnβt feel too bad at allβ¦ but once I hit the second half, everything changed. My muscles started burning, my hands were literally shaking, and I had to take short breaks between sets. At one point I genuinely questioned whether Iβd be able to finish β especially knowing I still had five more rounds left. But I did. And finishing it felt so good. I was proud of myself for pushing through even when it got uncomfortable. The challenge really showed me how quickly fatigue can build up, even in a beginner-friendly workout, and how much of it is mental as well as physical. The next day? I felt it everywhere π
β all the muscles that had to work during the challenge made themselves very known. Iβm curious β has anyone else done the 10Γ Challenge yet? How did it feel for you? Easy at the start but brutal at the end, or tough all the way through? ππ¬
