@Gerri Annerviik you should be able to download the files if you go under the classroom and then you select for example the Challenge , then you click on the first max test one it has file and or the second or third one they should have the workout file in there

Max test
The holidays are over and it's time to start doing something. Went to the gym today and after 0,5h cardio decided to do the max test. I filmed the excercises for William to assess. Please comment, if my technique needs to be improved. I decided to skip the incline and do normal pushups instead, hope you don't mind.
