Iโve realized that many of you are feeling overwhelmed with the skills, so Iโm introducing a clear pathway starting with a level zero for beginners, including free resources like a full body routine and a 30-day challenge. Iโll also be adding 4 to 12 week programs at the end of each module and hosting live workouts and webinars on various topics. Please make sure to engage with the community tab and post your progress, as Iโll be creating a Tick-Off Check-In for you to track your skills.
