Hey everyone, happy new year and welcome to the Calisthenics Club! I'm excited to share that we're launching a new pre-beginner 14-day challenge designed to help you get started with bodyweight training at home, along with a 7-day core control challenge and a beginner 30-day challenge. I've condensed our skill classes into blocks for better navigation and included a roadmap to help you track your progress.
