Okayā¦ real talk š
When something goes sideways in the salon ā likeā¦
šØ you mixed a shade slightly darker than intended
āļø the bangs went a littleā¦ too enthusiastic
š§ you over-toned and now thereās way too much blue in there

š tell the client right away and walk them through the fix
š quietly correct it without saying much
š or internally panic for 2 seconds before switching into calm-professional-problem-solver mode
Because letās be honestā¦ every stylist has had an oops moment behind the chair.
Itās not a matter of if ā itās when.
Sometimes being transparent builds massive trust.
Sometimes the save happens so smoothly the client never even realizes there was a hiccup.
