Off the back of my TEDx Talk on 'Habits for Intergenerational Health' I created a 3 min test that can measure your Intergenerational health and performance across the BSFT Matrix (added below).

We are ready to launch the next phase of our trainings and programs including live themed masterclasses, in person events, weekly live breathwork.
