Hit the bag and got cardio in @ 7. Hit my protein goal, and got a decent pump. Its bulk season so im workin to gain some weight. was a day off of work but not a day free of one. Cuurently 150 @ 6'1 Goal is 175 by the end of the year. Hope you guys are having a productive and positive day!
