It’s 5 am where I am, just finished training for 30 minutes. Every day you should be living like “how am I going to do this tomorrow” then you’ll be in good shape.

I’ve found that skipping breakfast in the mornings makes you more focused. Think about it, your ancestors woke up hungry everyday, and had to hunt for their food. When you eat breakfast the drive to work and sun goes away because your body says “I’ve won” already. Give it a try.

Love this. When I feel like this is why in so many cultures or communities, fasting is so prevalent. You learn self control, and drive/work for the things you need instead of getting instant gratification. 🙏

Daily Update
Hit the bag and got cardio in @ 7. Hit my protein goal, and got a decent pump. Its bulk season so im workin to gain some weight. was a day off of work but not a day free of one. Cuurently 150 @ 6'1 Goal is 175 by the end of the year. Hope you guys are having a productive and positive day!

Hello everyone! Im an aspiring artist and entrepreneuer that is just navigating life through experience and not through the traditional ways school has tried to show me. My goal is to one day be in the position to help those around me and be alongside others in many communities that strive for greatness and excellency in every day life, and finding new ways to invest time, money, and effort into many different avenues in my life for positive financial, emotional, and physical gains.
