Now it’s time to build on that foundation.
When we hear the word strength, we often think of lifting weights or running harder.
But strength as a runner is much bigger than that.
It’s having the discipline to run easy when you should.
It’s taking recovery seriously.
It’s trusting the process instead of chasing quick results.
This week, we’ll focus on small actions that make you a stronger, healthier, and more confident runner.
