Welcome to Project TŌKON
I started training in my bedroom with nothing but push-ups, dips, and pull-ups. I didn’t have the perfect program, expensive equipment, or much confidence. I just started simple, stayed consistent, and slowly became stronger than I ever thought I could. That is what Project TŌKON is built around: Build the habit. Build the strength. This community is for people who want to stop overcomplicating fitness and become genuinely strong. Inside, you’ll find: - Simple training programs - Advice on form, progression, and exercise selection - Help when you feel stuck - Direct access to ask me questions - A community of people working toward the same thing Since you are here early, you are helping shape what this community becomes. Introduce yourself below and tell us: What is your main training goal right now? Welcome to Project TŌKON.
Workout Tips
Hey guys, I'm planning my next few videos and was wonder on what topics in fitness you guys would like me to cover? - What I eat to build muscle as a skinny guy (the lazy way) - How I actually train to build muscle and learn calisthenics - Calisthenics after the basics: what to do next - Other — leave your suggestion in the comments Also, I'm thinking about starting a discord so I can help people more directly.
120 lbs, 14 years old and 5 ft 7 inches tall
Hey Tyler, I want to bulk up a lot but I'm a huge ectomorph and have a very fast metabolism. It's not the food that's the problem- because I eat a lot, but I play football(I believe it's called soccer in america) for an academy in the lower leagues of India. My coach says that I need to have more strength because I get pushed around way too much on the ball. I saw one of your videos addressing said problem but even after eating so much calorie-filled foods, after training it's like I never had anything to eat. I don't know whether it's a food problem or a training problem whoch is why I reached out to you here. Hope you can help. Thanks.

14 yr old, 130 pounds, 5' 10"
Hey Tyler, I'm a 5' 10" guy that weighs only 130 pounds. What is the best way I can optimize gaining weight? I eat a lot of things, but I guess my metabolism is really fast or something. Should I be working out more or is it about how much I eat?
